1) Revlon Colorburst - Coral
This is a bright reddish-orange that gives you that vintage/retro feel when paired with simple cat eye. This is a great colour for summer days, however, I'm not sure how wearable it is for every day (especially work) mainly because it is very bright. On my lips this actually look more blood orange, but in pictures it is more a deep coral. I had this on the other night and my grandma exclaimed 'How youthful!' Compliment right? This is as daring as I get... :)
Top two picture is without flash, and the bottom two is with flash... Sorry for the very ghostly shot, I used a BB cream that is way too light |
2) Maybelline Color Sensational Lipstick - Coral Gleam
A very sheer lipstick with a subtle hint of coral. This colour seems to enhance your natural lip colour, but does not provide much pigmentation, so it is almost a nude. It looks like a gloss, but without the stickiness. This lipstick was not too drying and goes on beautifully! I opt to wear this colour with dramatic or colourful eyes :)

3) Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick - Coral Berry
Compared to Natural Frost, it is more a pink tone coral. I think this colour is very wearable because it provides a nice accent on the lip. Is a great colour for neutral/natural look. However, I did notice that this lipstick was a bit drying on me and that I had to constantly moisturize or put a gloss over it.

The swatch on my arm looks orange-coral as well as in pictures taken without flash, but on my lips with flash on it looks more like a natural pink. Overall I think this is a very wearable color and wouldn't mind wearing it on a daily basis. I like the subtle hint of colour.

(Please excuse my inconsistent layout for pictures... I have not yet decided which way I prefer... also, I'm sorry I only have lots of pictures, but not so many comments on the products itself... I like each of the products mentioned above for the colour, but I don't wear them frequently enough to 'review' them...)
love the coral gleam on you - very natural :)
