Glymm box: March 2012

My last Glymm box and I'm not too sad it's all over... Why? well aside from the fact that nothing much interested me from this month's box, I received a duplicated item that I still have not used... Anyways, onto the pictures!

TBH, I am quite surprised at how quickly I got my March Glymm box~

This was the only thing that got me a bit excited, bluish turquoise feather hair extensions  :)

Glymm box: February 2012

Interestingly enough, this month Glymm box arrived one day after my Luxe box~ :)

I got 4 products this month, 1 full size eyeshadow, 1 full size lip balm and 2 samples (1 of which I would say is not deluxe...)

My box was so light this month, I thought maybe they forgot to put things in there, once again, no candy 

It feels like I got my money's worth this month, since the two full-sized products add up to almost $16. Unfortunately, due to my recently acquired allergy to beeswax(maybe?!?!), I cannot use the Burt's Bee lip balm.

This is the second Sula product I received and I'm happy it's a shadow with a  pretty shade :)

I find myself curious about this mud mask, I've never tried them before, I just hope it won't irritate my skin!

Blot/bronzing paper? hmm... interesting, but really? in a packet like that and it's a deluxe sample? I guess it does cost $0.24 per sheet plus the plastic bag and the little intro card -__-

Overall it is an interesting box this month with more cosmetics than previous boxes :)

Recap, in my Feb Glymm box I received the following: 

• full size Sula Natural shadow in Smokes and Mirror (0.15 oz)
• full size Burt's Bees Tinted Lip balm in Hibiscus (4.25g)
• deluxe sample of Glamglow Tingling and Exfoliating Mud Mask (0.24 oz)
• a couple sheets of Mai Couture 2-1 Oil Blotting/Bronzing Papier

This month's box is another B because I do like the fact that they are including more makeup but most of the products were really 'meh.' Unfortunately, I have cancelled this box and next month's box will be my last...

Glymm box: January 2012

No candies this month =( does this mean no more treats, ever?! I guess it just made this box even more "meh"~~ I feel that when you get spoiled with something and it's taken away from you then it just ruins the goodness of it as a whole... Anyways, let's move onto the box~

January Glymm box 

Product/Price card~

2 x (7ml) Burt's Bee Milk & Honey Body Lotion (170g @ $12.99) I like to try this, but I really hate the tear away one time use packaging. I will probably transfer this product into a separate container~

 I thought that the Kaia Naturals cleansing cloths has really cute packaging(good marketing!!) It's also really nice to see the cruelty-free bunny on the top~ This is a facial cloths that boast to cleanse, tone and remove makeup~ At full price, 30 sheets goes for $17.99.

Vasanti Brighten Up! This is one of the products I am looking froward to trying~ :) It boasts to improve skin texture to reveal softer, brighter and younger looking skin~ We will see~ ^^

Anastasia Clear Brow Gel, I've used this before and I'm glad to see it in my Glymm box this month (now I will have one for on the go!)

Cargo Cosmetic Eye Pencil in Black (yay! another black eyeliner... except... so far they have all smudged on me... should I even bother trying?)

Final thought on this month's Glymm? B- it's not a bad box, but I'm just not crazy about anything in particular, although I do find the Kaia cleansing cloth intriguing~ I am a bit sad about the absence of jelly beans (cuz I really like the candy and the small bottle it came in...)

Update:

I tried the Cargo eye pencil and I loved the application, it was smooth and did not pull, unfortunately it smudges too easily on my water line~ will give it another go to see if I can keep it from turning me into a raccoon...

So sorry to be late at posting this, but I was leaving for vacation the day I received this. I will be brief with my Glymm box this month, as I am sure most people have already posted theirs up and the products received are the same (or very similar)~

I was very happy to see a mini perfume collectible in my Glymm box this month. I have been collecting them as a kid and since have over a hundred bottles ^_^

Ahava Mineral Hand Cream

Caudalie Hand and Nail Cream

It's a cute box this month, however I am not too impressed with getting 2 hand cream... I mean you can't exactly try out both at the same time to see results... but I guess you can always use extra this time of the year as it is ubber dry outside! This month's box is a B-. It's got some nice sized deluxe sample, but it is not as well rounded as the boxes from previous months. I'm still happy about the jelly beans ^_^

Race: Loose Button vs Glymm

Both of these boxes were shipped out today. Loose Button is coming from T-dot and Glymm is in Brossard... Would be so funny if Glymm arrives first ^_^

NOTD: RGB Oxblood

I'm scared of using red nail polish because I was scared that it doesn't really complement my skintone... However, I was quite surprised that this deep red worked so well on me~

Here on my ring finger is Oxblood by RGB. With the flash the red comes off as a pretty cheery red, but it is in fact a red that is almost black in natural light. TBH, when I got this bottle in my November Glymm box I was a bit disappointed... why red?!?! But now I'm glad that I got this colour, otherwise I wouldn't have tried it and wouldn't have realized that I liked it so much. Thank you Glymm, for making me become more adventurous! :)
